Manuscript letter, in which Jago discusses his thoughts on Labour Exchanges. He writes of his approval, and offers to be of assistance in any way possible.

Jago had intended meeting Owen in Dublin, but his involvement with the [William] Thompson property [following the death of Thompson] meant he was held up. Owen is requested to tell [William] Pare to visit Henry Radcliffe and secure any money from him which they may be need [to set up an Exchange in Dublin].
