Draft copy of a manuscript letter indicating Owen has forwarded the latest copy of the Millennial Gazette.

In the remainder of the letter Owen outlines his thoughts on the nature of the the governments of the world, remarking that they are "governing with a system of falsehood" and change is needed. He believes that change can only be brought by "an Alliance of Governments bringing happiness to the human race".

The letter closes with Owen telling how he has become " too blind" to see what he has written & this may be "some excuse for its many defects".
