Manuscript letter, written by three citizens of Ellington, Connecticut, United States. They write of their gratitude to Owen for offering to "Co-operate with American Citizens in devising and executing plans designed and calculated to increase wisdom and virtue and the consequent happiness of the human race", and state their desire to learn more; Owen is asked to communicate with them as "willing co-operators".
