Letter from H. Hayden to Robert Owen

Scope and Content

Manuscript letter: Hayden is pleased to receive a letter from Owen and hopes that his health has improved, and states that there is "nothing new of importance here or from America that would interest" him.

Hayden informs Owen that there is "little interest manifested here in the phenomena," and feeling discouraged, he and his wife are thinking of returning to America. But they are being urged by friends to remain and "fight the good fight."
