Manuscript letter, in which Pemberton has copied a letter from Thomas Atkins concerning the "view to be take of the Happy Colony".

In the letter, Atkins thanks Pemberton for his letter and "ground plan", and indicates he is making arranging for Pemberton's Happy Colony to be added [to the Panorama] in a "drop-scene"; he will be happy to "heartily co-operate" with Pemberton "in this great work".

The letter closes with Atkins wondering should not a placard be made and posted in London over the Christmas period to advertise the planned Congress to be held at St. Martin's Hall, [London].
