In this manuscript letter Travis writes of his regret in hearing Owen intends printing some "plays" as they do have the "least internal wisdom" of having come from Shakespeare. Travis is also concerned that Owen has been making "verbal alterations" to the work of "Mr H of L"; this cannot be done without destroying the authenticity Owen is warned.
