Letter from Samuel Cornish to Robert Owen

Scope and Content

In this manuscript letter Cornish submits to Owen two edited sections taken from works by Owen to form into new tracts, numbered 5 and 6, out of a 6 tract series. He writes that No.5 is taken from the Book of the New Moral World and no.6 is a re-print of an Analysis of a New Moral World.

Further lengthy discussion of the editing of the tracts follows, before Cornish alludes to the religious intolerance of some of Owen and Cornish's associates by writing "our friends, many of them, are generally too inclined to push our principles to Atheism", which Cornich believes to be "extremely unwise".
