Scope and Content

In this manuscript letter Deare writes of his health; he was forced to leave the West Indies due to illness, but the [spa] waters of Leamington are helping him at present; in another two weeks he should be "fit for anything"; writes he would have liked to have been present at the meeting, but his health prevented him.
