Manuscript letter. Smith writes from the Manchester Association for Promoting Co-operative Knowledge and would like Owen to attended their General Meeting to consider the best way of setting up a community. Smith says it is important for Owen to attend as he is considered the Father of the Social System, and it would be an opportunity for them to further their cause. Smith says that he has enough knowledge of the co-operative world to serve his purpose.
