Manuscript letter: It is declared Hurst is a supporter of Owen's system and believes if they were instituted in Ireland, the "community at large" would benefit. He believes the current problems in Ireland are a result of "the want of advantageous employment." Hurst proposes that an experiment of Owen's system should be conducted in Ireland.
