Manuscript letter that refers to Lord John Russell's education project and its rejection by the House of Commons which, along with other events, Campbell believes are "signs" of the "gradual but certain approach of the Millennium" which Owen has been proclaiming.

Campbell writes that he expects to be no longer needed by [Thomas] Atkins, who has gone to Chepstow, but he will hold himself in readiness to be "used by and for the Spirits onward progress".
