Scope and Content

Manuscript letter referring to the state of accounts at Lammas [1st August] in relation to particular heirs of an unnamed estate. Balances have been struck in preparation for meeting to be held at Braxfield, at which discussion will focus on the desire of Mr [James Haldane] Stewart to draw more than the interest Mrs. Stewart [nee Dale] is due.
