In this manuscript letter, William Pare relays a conversation about the prices of different estates. He explains that Mr Green went to offer to buy Wretton Estate from Mr Hill for £14,000 but that Mr John Hodson offered it for £13,000. Pare has been advised to buy the estate. Pare urges Owen to send his opinion on the matter, and to send any progress he has made regarding the Hants Estate. He further relates that John Brindley is eager to "meet you in discussion on the 5 facts and 20 laws".
