Letter from Robert Owen to O. Macdaniel

Scope and Content

This manuscript letter opens with Owen indicating that he has read all the numbers of Mandaniel's newspaper, The Phalanx, which Macdaniel gave him, and this has had the effect of increasing Owen's "respect and affection" for Fourier and his disciples.

Owen continues to give a full account of his thought on Fourier and his thought on society.
