Letter from John Finch to Robert Owen

This manuscript letter discusses matters at the community at Queenwood, [Tytherley, Hampshire]. Finch writes at his pleasure of receiving word from Owen's intentions to visit; advises Owen to make his visit when the "confusion" caused by the numerous workmen being on site has died down and the school has opened; writes that Mr [William] Pare wishes to see Owen regarding the settlement of the affairs of Queenwood, especially as Owen has been away for so long and is "not so well acquainted with what has been done"; things are "difficult and complicated".
