Letter from T. E. Weller to Robert Owen

Scope and Content

Manuscript letter, in which Weller writes he feels a much "wiser and better man" after spending the day reading an [unnamed] "volume". He forwards it to Owen and requests care should be taken as some of the papers within the volume are now out of print; once the parts to be translated have been so it should be placed in Owen's "trunk" and brought "home again".
