Letter from Robert M. Pemberton to Robert Owen

Scope and Content

In this manuscript letter Pemberton provides Owen with a detailed account as to why he has yet to move into the new house in London. A series of delays with workmen is at fault, and Pemberton notes that his father has moved to Gower Place, Euston, London to be on the spot and to supervise the work in progress, which has been proceeding at a "snail's pace".
