Manuscript letter, in which Travis says he visited the Cooperative printers. From them he obtained the last number of chapter 2 [of The Revolution in the Mind and Practice of the Human Race; or the coming change from irrationality to rationality] and will soon have the proof of chapter 3; six proofs will be sent to Owen at [Cox's] Hotel. Later in the latter he points to a number of changes he wishes to make in the text and asks Owen's approval for this.

Travis believes that the success of the Socialists in Paris will draw increased attaetion to their subject.
