Scope and Content

Manuscript letter in which Campbell discusses methods to take Owen's principles to the people; the formation of an executive association and the need to urge the British Parliament to grant a Committee of Investigation are both ventured by Campbell as being vital to the cause. Reference is made to Mr [Thomas] Atkins' 'Panorama' being used as means of discussing "any question relative to Creation, Science and Civilisation" therefore attracting more people and ensuring it is "profitable".

Loose with the letter is a printed copy of a letter written to the Oxford Chronicle by William Forbes Laurie concerning the Medical Registration Bill.
