Letter from I[?] Francis to Robert Owen

Manuscript letter discussing the printing of an paper. Francis writes of being "desirous" of making a profit; finds it odd the same printer they intend using recently printed the Irishman edited by Dr Sheridan which aims at a repeal of the Union (Act of Union 1800), while Owen, on the other hand, is for a "a universal Bond of Unity".

Details of the possible printing costs are noted and discussed.
