In this manuscript letter, William Pare voices his objections to the New Moral World being amalgamated with the Star. He then expresses is pleasure at the large audience at the lecture that Robert Owen gave in Newcastle. The then relates that Mr Campbell and Mr Fleming have "produced a magical effect in Dudley, Walsall and Wolverhampton" and praises other works of other leaders in their cause elsewhere.
