Manuscript letter informing Owen that he has received the books which he has been awaiting from Miss D' Espagne. Goupy also tells Owen that the Socialist Party is discouraged but he hopes a reaction will take place against the [National] Assembly within six months. He says that the disunion between the National Assembly and the President has become intolerable and that there may be some great event during the prorogation.
