Letter from Thomas Allsop to Robert Owen

Manuscript letter, in which Allsop expresses his sadness at being away and on his return to London the following week hopes "to have some earnest talk with you [Owen]". He also hopes that [William] Pare will be back [? from Dublin] by that time.

As a footnote Allsop remarks "great changes - events - are approaching and it will grieve me if you cannot be on the spot".
