Manuscript letter to written to accompany letters of introduction for Owen for his upcoming voyage to Mexcio. The introductions have been sought at the request of John Abel Smith, with one being for Mesrs. Broad and Sons, Falmouth and the other to Start, Green and Raperte [?] in Vera Cruz [Veracruz], Mexico.
