Letter from Henry Travis to Robert Owen

Scope and Content

This manuscript letter opens with Travis telling of his safe arrival following his first visit to Owen at Sevenoaks. Travis enjoyed his visit very much and is indebted to Owen and Mr Cox for their kindness.

Travis informs Owen he will send the latest Tracts from the Co-operative League which contain a "good allowence of Owenism", adding it is the "only part which is of any real value".
