Manuscript letter referring to the exhibiting of Thomas Atkins' 'Panorama' in Birmingham; Atkins in unsure what to do with the 'Panorama' after closure, suggestion is made by Campbell that it could be used to promote Owen's principles to the people of Birmingham; Campbell outlines the cost of such an event.

In a separate postscript, Campbell discusses the Will of Mr William Coltman; the Trustees and Executors have given notice they require payment of the Principal and Interest of a £600 Mortgage advanced by Coltman to the Trustees of the Stockport Hall of Science; at a meeting, the Trustees decided to put the Hall up for sale.
