Manuscript letter, in which Finch advises Braby to "close the bargain" with [Isacc William] Goldsmidt for his estate [at Tytherley, Hampshire]; advises that Owen will have ensured the estate is fitting for the purposes required; is in favour of taking a lease for the land for a term of 99 years rather than purchasing it; asks Braby to visit the Estate rather than himself as he is more attuned to matters of agriculture.
