Letter from Geo. A. Fleming to Robert Owen

Scope and Content

In this manuscript letter Fleming chides Owen for neither writing nor visiting him [William] Clegg and Mr [Joseph] Smith, and for generally neglecting his duties.

Informs Owen he has received a "requisition" from Huddersfield signed by 216 people asking Owen to deliver a lecture; reminds Owen he must not forget to be in Bradford from Monday, they will be "disappointed" if he does not make it; thinks that John Finch and Owen's other "Liverpool friends" are "very naughty boys" for keeping Owen so long.
