Letter from George Jacob Holyoake to Robert Owen

Scope and Content

Manuscript letter: Holyoake informs Owen that Mr Coltman of Leicester has died and has left Owen a small legacy. One of the executors for the trust wishes to know what Owen intends to do with it. Holyoake asks whether Owen will be in town tomorrow, and if so, he will call upon him.

Holyoake ends the letter by asking why the new advertisements for the upcoming conference have not appeared, and also about the whereabouts of Owen's tracts.
