Manuscript letter informing Owen that he has for some time been preparing to publish his ideas on Political Economy. Gray informs Owen that recently he has become aware that Owen shares his ideas and asks him if he may put them to him in writing. If they are the same as Owen's, he will cease his work knowing that the task is in more able hands.
