Scope and Content

Robert Dell to W. P. Crozier.

Location: Geneva.

He had planned to visit America around this time; he would now like to go for five or six months, based on advice from American friends. The current situation is making him depressed. He discusses the question of his salary; could he write some articles in America? California is now interesting politically, and the English papers give little about the south and west of America. He gives his proposes itinerary, which includes some lecturing along the way. Miss Sargent could cover Geneva. He adds a postscript that his doctor has authorised him to go to America; his health is good.
