Frederick Voigt to W. P. Crozier.

Location: Prague.

He states that the Czechs will fight if attacked, even if they fight alone, in which case, the Germans will attack them. He thinks that the movement of German troops will take place in August or early September. He thinks that if France acts as though they mean to assist Czechoslovakia, and England shows support for France, then Germany will cease moving troops; the movement of troops is preparation for a lightning strike. He adds a long postscript: the Sokol festival has political significance; he will write of it in his articles.
