Scope and Content

Robert Dell to C. P. Scott.

Location: Paris.

De Marmande is going to London; if he [Scott] is not going to be there, then de Marmande will travel to Manchester. He [Scott] has met him previously at the Rowntree dinner at the National Liberal Club in 1914. He is enclosing an article sent by Schvan, which he has altered slightly. He asks if they would agree to paying a fee for the use of 8, Faubourg Montmartre as an office; it would not be above £20 a year, and it would be far more convenient than his flat. He raises the question of a minimum payment per month.
