He talks at length of Turko-British relations and the factors which influence them. He praises the efforts of the Ambassador, Sir Percy Lorraine. British firms are undertaking work in Turkey, for example, building the harbour at Ismir (Smyrna). He thinks that Sir Ronald Campbell, the Minister in Belgrade, is helping to improve British-Yugoslav relations, and talks of his views of Yugoslavia.
