Marcel Fodor to W. P. Crozier.

Location: Vienna.

He is enclosing a copy of a memorandum of his Balkan visit, which he wrote for Colonel Knox, the publisher of the Chicago Daily News. He talks at length of Turko-British relations and the factors which influence them. He praises the efforts of the Ambassador, Sir Percy Lorraine. British firms are undertaking work in Turkey, for example, building the harbour at Ismir (Smyrna). He thinks that Sir Ronald Campbell, the Minister in Belgrade, is helping to improve British-Yugoslav relations, and talks of his views of Yugoslavia.
