Scope and Content

Robert Dell to W. P. Crozier.

Location: Paris.

He gives Miss Sargent's address. He will be back in Geneva tomorrow. He comments on the forthcoming Mediterranean Conference at Nyon. He is pessimistic about its benefit, and explains further. He thinks that Delbos will not stand up to the Italians and Germans. He thinks that the internal situation in France is dangerous. He will need to hire a car for the conference, due to practical travel difficulties. Miss Sargent is applying for a driving licence, which costs 25 francs.
