Scope and Content

Frederick Voigt to W. P. Crozier.

Location: Berlin.

Regarding his Ukrainian article, which was the first news of what was happening; he is dismayed that it has been delayed, allowing other papers to get the story. He talks further about the Ukrainian situation and the atrocities. He refers to the Irish analogy. English and American publicity is the only way they can get the matter publicised; as there is no government they cannot get a hearing at the League. He refers to Dalton, Laski and Ellen Wilkinson.

He has tried the 'East Express' for two weeks, and thinks that it could be worthwhile using.
