Scope and Content

W. P. Crozier to Frederick Voigt.

Location: [Manchester].

He has included in the leader views about the interpretation of the German fortifications drive; his information came from conversations with diplomats in London last week. He expands on this. He informs him of Dell's belief that Runciman went to Prague to impose on the Czechs acceptance of terms which they will refuse, so that Britain can then wash their hands of the matter. He adds a postscript that he will reveal the names of the diplomats in another letter.
