Copy letter

Scope and Content

W. P. Crozier to Frederick Voigt.

Location: [Manchester].

He has a letter from Dell urging that someone ought to go to the Leipzig trial. He asks his opinion. Reuter will be there. He cannot send him (Voigt), Werth or Fodor. That leaves Dell who is due to cover the Assembly. Also, the reporting from Leipzig needs to be balanced and Dell is inclined to be polemical. At present, he thinks the best solution is to send Dell to Leipzig and Werth to cover the Assembly in Geneva.

He was interested to receive the miniature copy of Vorwärts which is circulating in secret in Germany. He asks him to start collecting other secret literature such as Die Rote Fahne with a view to having an exhibition.

The letter from the German workmen is very good.
