Scope and Content

Letter from Stevens requesting a copy of Richard Blackmur's book of poems. He explains the work he is about to submit: the number of poems, their structure, how they are to be divided and titled. Together they will be Notes toward a supreme fiction. Two of three sections are complete.

With reply from the Press: asks Stevens to use Blackmur's book as a point of reference for anything he wants that is offered by the Cummington Press; requests further details as to the layout format; suggests fees of $25 depending on number of pages, binding quality etc.
