Administrative / Biographical History
Vera Singleton was born in Brixton in 1922. She married Edward 'Ted' Williams on 3rd February 1945, and they moved into a prefab in Ham. Vera worked part-time in a local chemist shop, and Ted was a plumber. They had at least two daughters. From about 1966, the family lived at 3 Vancouver Road, Ham. Vera died on 18th April 2016.
The Vera Williams Diaries collection is arranged in one series, DC21/1, consisting of 23 volumes.
