Attested copies of 9-10 September 1778 Deed of Trust: Giles Earle and wife Margaret to Peter Johnson and Henry Thompson - property as above and the manor and other property at Shipton [near Benningbrough] - subject to £1000 rent-charge payable to Mildred Bourchier for her jointure and another rent-charge of £400 payable to the same and a rent-charge of £20 payable to John Robinson under will of John Bourchier and subject to £1200 mortgage and £4500 mortgage - in trust to sell or dispose of sufficient of the estates to discharge various debts (scheduled) of Giles Earle.
