Includes family news, news of life at Wallington, reference to the donation of Wallington to the National Trust and George Lowthian Trevelyan's response, reference to the installation of central heating at Wallington, an account of a recipe book from Wallington dated 1772 by Mary Smith gifted by Captain Blackett, picture postcards of the 'back row' cottages at Cambo and the miniature railway at Scarborough, a visit to The People's Theatre in Newcastle upon Tyne by Bernard Shaw, an invitation to the wedding of Charles Humphry Trevelyan and Mary Trumbull Bennett, a letter on tourist paper with photographic images from Stockholm, a song called Patricia was a farming lass written by Charles for Florence Patricia's birthday, a letter electing Geoffrey to the Band of Hope Committee and a leaflet in German on the Meyers Bunte Bandchen.
