Agreement between William Stanley of Hooton, esq., on the first part, Sir Richard Hussey of Triggion [?Tregynon], Montgomeryshire, and John Draycott of Paynsley, Staffordshire, on the second part, and John Poole of Poole, John Minshall of Minshall, Philip Draycott, son of the said John, and Thomas Wood of Hooton, yeoman, on the third part, relating to the marriage of the said William Stanley and Mary, his wife, daughter of the said John Draycott, and concerning the manors of Hooton, Estham [Eastham], Buerton, Churton Heath, Plymyarde [Plimyard in Eastham], Great Sturton [Great Storeton], Little Sturton [Little Storeton] and Pennesbyes [Pensby], the advowsons of the vicarages of Estham, and of the rectories of Bebbington [Bebington] and Upton, lands in the above and elsewhere in Cheshire, the manor of Stanley, Staffordshire, etc.
