Conveyance from the above Francis Lord Willoughby, the above William Willoughby, Sir Bulstrode Whitlock of the Middle Temple, London, knight, and Sir Charles Harbord of Westminster, Middlesex, knight, to the above John Morris and Robert Clayton, of the lordship and manor of Bardney and Southray [Southrey], the house and site of the monastery of Bardney and the demesne lands of the said monastery, the house and site of the late abbey of Tupholme [Tupholme], the house and site of the late priory of Henyngys alias Hevenynges [Heynings], the manors of Tupholme, Knayth [Knaith], Stow and Gateburton [Gate Burton], the rectory and parsonage of Upton and Kexby, and all other the manors, messuages, closes, etc., of the said Lord Willoughby and William Willoughby in Lincolnshire, with appurtenances.
