Conveyance of the Manchester Botanical Gardens upon the appointment of new trustees, from William Stones esq and others to William Jones esq and others; outline plan of the premises included. Attached to the conveyance are: a copy notice from the trustees' solicitors to the trustees of the de Trafford estates, advising them that the mortgage on the Botanical Gardens has been transferred to the new trustees; and a receipt from Taylor, Kirkman and Mainprice for the original notice, dated 28 June 1916.
