Lancs bart, and William Cririe of Upper Harley Street co. Midd esq, to Stephen Heelis of Manchester gent. Heelis was to hold in trust to assign the premises to new trustees: fleming, Greg, Heywood, Slater, Sir John Potter of Manchester, James Heywood of Prestwich co. Lancs esq MP, Thomas Bazley of Manchester esq, Thomas William Tatton of Wythenshawe co. Ches esq, and William Neild of Manchester esq. This assignment was made by endorsement on 1 June 1855.
