The file contains two images of Mr J Masaryk [Foreign Minister, of the Czechoslovak provisional government in London 1940-1945] opening an exhibit about the co-operative movement inCzechoslovakia. He was accompanied by Caroline Selina Ganley [President of London Co-operative Society], Councillor Woods [Mayor of Hammersmith and London Society employee]. In the first image Ganley is addressing an audience at a microphone, with the Minister and a women sat to her right. The second shows Ganley, the Mayor and Minister in front of one of the exhibit stands, two women in traditional Czechoslovakian dress are stood either side. The verso is marked for publication.
