This file contains three images of the main hall of the Congress. In image one a number of seated delegates are visible. To the left, two delegates are stood between the rows of seats. The second, shows a speaker, stood behind a speakers box, making a speech to the delegates. Behind, partially visible, are the platform party. He verso is marked for publication. The third, is an image looking down onto the rows full of delegates. Around the top of the image, the ornate stonework of the upper decks is partially visible. At the rear the exits to the "gents toilet" and "gents cloaks" can be seen. The centre of the image has been outlined in white for publication, as also is the verso. Black and white.
