Central Executive

Scope and Content

This image shows the Central Executive of the Co-operative Union for the 1968-69 session. It shows approximately 22 individuals sat at long tables, with a further six sat around a smaller table in the centre of the room and there are two individuals standing. The room is in Holyoake House, the Union's Headquarters. At the head of the table is Lord Jacques of Portsea Island, who was Chairman of the Union at this time. The image also appears in the book by Desmond Flanagan, as above. Black and white.
