John de Neuton, treasurer of the cathedral church of St Peter, York, John Amyas of Shitlyngton, Nicholas Norfolk of Naburn, William Rosselyn, Nicholas Rosselyn, John Pygott, clk., John Pygot his brother, and John Dauney, son and heir of Thomas Daunay of Escrick, the manor of Heck [Hek] with all rights and appurtenances etc. and lands and tenements etc. in the soke and parish of Snaith (granted and enfeoffed to the said Adam by Alexander Nevill late archbishop of York, Ralph Baron de Graystok and Simon de Elvyngton) with the exception of 4 Intakgauges in the Intakes of Hensall, 18 October 1393
